One thing I still find truly amazing about search engines and domains with pagerank is how easy it makes it to access information today. I still remember looking for sources for research papers in dusty library books at high school. However today you get help from these massive search engines and you can find nearly anything anywhere much faster. Of course it is true that it also creates a massive information overflow, but again we get help from modern technology and not least the pageranks which automatically gives us the search results that are most relevant to us, that other people recommends (via links) and where much of the spam has been filtered out. I can only say that I truly embrace this technology and that I am very happy about how it has increased my opportunities and enriched my world.
I’ve got to do something about this hosting business. The solution I’ve got I don’t work too well for me at the moment really. I need something a whole lot better and I need it now. Perhaps this Cloud VPS Hosting can be thing for me; I don’t know it could be very well. Why not really, there are a lot of alternatives out there but I think this might be the best of them all. So why not go with that one, there really is no reason not to. I can’t think of any reason what so ever in any case. Yeah, yeah, I know a lot of complaining and no action. I should just try the damn thing already. Well, I’m going to, for sure. I really hope it’s just as good as rumor has it though. I must be, otherwise I kind of… well screwed. Yeah, that’s the word basically.
I am required to do a survey on behalf of my company right now more or less. The survey is supposed to cover our customer’s general view on our services. This, to me, sounds extremely boring and tedious. But it needs to be done, I guess. I have got no say in matter anyway, the common corporate foot soldier that I am. Trouble is, I’ve got no real experience to speak of regarding this kind of work and definitely don’t know where to begin. I’m guessing that I’ll be in the need of some sort of survey tools to get done though. That much I know. The survey is to be conducted online. But which online survey tools is best suited for this? I’m thinking that we should send out an electronic questionnaire to our customers email addresses. Someone else was all for us placing the form on our website but I don’t think that’s a good idea. I myself always skip on those annoying e-forms people put on their websites. No, the email route is probably better. We’re bound to get more answers that way methinks.
